Purchase of Medicine, Surgical & Disposable Items and Biomedical Gases for THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with EPADS for the purchase of essential medical supplies for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must apply through EPADS only and be experienced in income tax, GST/PST, and FBR registration. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicine / Surgical & Disposable items (Estimated Cost: Rs. 4.5 Million) - Biomedical Gases (Estimated Cost: Rs. 1.0 Million) - Purchase of Medicine / Surgical & Disposable items for Dialysis (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.0 Million) The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA 2014) under an Open Competitive Bidding procedure using a Single Stage-Two Envelope system. Bidding documents can be obtained from the hospital office or downloaded from the E-PADS/EP System and PPRA website. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Level Hospital Chowk Azam, issued by Bank of Punjab, Pakistan. Bids submitted through EPADS/EP System must include the original bid security. Bids will be opened on 26.09.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the hospital office. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from Bank of Punjab (BOP). Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
