Purchase/Provision of Miscellaneous Items and Services for Financial Year 2026-2027 by District & Sessions Judge Multan

The District & Sessions Judge Multan invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for the purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services under a framework contract valid till 30-06-2027. This procurement is open to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers, and distributors including joint ventures if applicable, who are registered with relevant tax authorities such as Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Items being procured: - A03901 Stationery (Estimated Amount: 4 Million PKR) - A03942 Cost of Store Items (2 Million PKR) - A03955 Computer Stationery (2 Million PKR) - A03970 Others (2 Million PKR) The procurement will be conducted through an open competitive bidding process using the E-PADS electronic procurement system as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit a single package containing both technical and financial bids online. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA and E-PADS websites. Earnest money in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order equal to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the E-Bid submission deadline.
