The CTD DG Khan Region invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase and provision of various miscellaneous items and services under a framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This tender is specifically for suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers, and distributors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab, engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PEC. Registers/Files - Hiring of Services for Fair & Exhibition items and Hiring for Service Rendered - Hiring/Purchase of items for Investigation Cost - Purchase of Dietary items for Muharram / Chehlum Duties, Training Aid Items and Purchase of Tent & Terpal items and Misc./Others Items - Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Transport Items - Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Machinery & Equipment Items and Furniture Items - Purchase of Hardware & Equipment Items and Renewal of Misc. Software Items - Purchase of Items related to Cost of Other Store, Bed & Boxes, Plant & Machinery, IT Equipment, Furniture & Fixtures and Software - Maintenance/Repair & Renovation of Regional Complex Building (as per scope of work) The scope covers a wide range of goods and services including hot and cold items, lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing, fair and exhibition services, investigation-related items, dietary items for religious events, tents, transport and machinery repair or replacement, hardware and software renewal, and building maintenance. The procurement is comprehensive and requires bidders to be technically and financially qualified with valid PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 05-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted as CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft from BOP in favor of SP CTD DG Khan. Performance guarantees at 5% of contract value will be required upon award. The tender follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, including single stage two envelope procedure.
