Purchase of Office, Printing, Computer, Furniture, Machinery and Other Items for Motor Transport Punjab

The Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Motor Transport, Punjab, Lahore invites annual tenders (e-Bid) through the Punjab e-procurement System and the Framework Contracting arrangement with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended), from well-reputed, financially sound eligible firms having relevant previous experience in the specified field and duly registered with the Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments, wherever applicable, for the purchase/supply of the following items during the current financial year 2026-27, up to 30.06.2027. Items being procured: - Purchase of Office Stationery Items (A03901) - Purchase of Printing & Publication Items (A03902) - Purchase of Computer Stationery Items (A03955) - Purchase of Hot & Cold (A03304) - Purchase of Miscellaneous Stores Items (A03970-001) - Purchase of Tent & Tarpaulins (A03970-044) - Purchase of Cost of Other Stores (A03942-001) - Purchase of Plant & Machinery (A09601) - Purchase of Furniture & Fixture (A09701) - Purchase of Bed & Boxes (A03970-040) - Purchase of Other Stores Items (A09898) - Repair of Machinery (A13101) - Repair of Transport (A13001) The total estimated amount is Rs. 56.000 million. An e-bid or proposal shall be submitted on the Punjab e-procurement system in the manner of method specified in the advertisement before closing date i.e. 07-09-2026 for submission of such e-bid or proposal. Interested eligible bidders are advised to submit bid documents from Punjab e-procurement system as well as from PPRA website free of cost and further information from the office of SSP/MT, Punjab, Lahore. Bids are to be addressed to the Senior Superintendent of Police Motor Transport, Punjab, Lahore and shall be received on Punjab e-procurement system by 07-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M and shall be opened at 11:30 A.M on the same day, in Motor Transport Wing, Punjab, Lahore. (In case of public holiday, the next working day shall be considered). The bids shall be Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure as contained in sub 32 (2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Eligibility to participate requires PEC category, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money deposit in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Bankers Cheque/Bank Guarantee as specified. Bidders must submit bid security @ 2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR/Bank Draft/Bankers cheque of any scheduled Bank in favour of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Motor Transport, Punjab, Lahore. The bid security will be refunded after finalization of the tender. However, the successful bidder shall deposit an amount equal to 5% of the total value of the contract as performance guarantee in shape of CDR/Bank Draft/Bankers cheque/Bank Guarantee which shall be refunded on successful completion of the contract obligations. The delivery time of stores would be 10 days. Bids that are incomplete, not signed and stamped, late or submitted by other than specified mode will not be considered. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in line with rule 35 of PPRA rules, 2014.
