Purchase of Ortho Implants for Allied-I Hospital Faisalabad 2026-27

Allied-I Hospital Faisalabad invites e-bids under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPR-2014 from eligible manufacturers, sole agents, authorized agents of foreign/local principals engaged in trading registered on e-Punjab procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities for supply of the following goods: Items being procured: - Purchase of Ortho Implants (2026-27) with a total estimated cost of PKR 18,000,000 and bid security of 2% of estimated cost (PKR 360,000). Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions in English are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (https://e.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). E-bids must be submitted online on or before 08-09-2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM on the e-Punjab procurement portal. Bidders are encouraged to register on the portal to enable participation. A 2% bid security of the total quoted amount must be provided in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's cheque with the technical proposal. Original bid security must be submitted before the time of e-bid opening in addition to the soft copy uploaded online. The e-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who may attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted with brand names and model numbers. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procuring agency is not responsible for any failure or part of firms to submit an e-bid or any technical error or internet failure. Late, corrupt, unreadable, or virus-infected submissions will be rejected. In case of official holiday on the day of opening, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
