Purchase of Other (Gen) Items for NAB Lahore FY 2026-27

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of various general, electric, carpenter, sanitary, and paint items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference number P95419 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of goods such as Air Freshner (100 qty), Air Freshner Mat Refil (50 qty), Bath Liquid Harpic 430ml (50 qty), Broom (Jharoo) (100 kg), Car Polish Body (68 qty), various sizes and types of batteries (Cell AA, AAA, D), Cleaning Towels, Dash Board Spray, Dish Washing Powder, Disposable Glasses, Dustbins, Duster Cloths, Glass Cleaner, Hand Wash Dispenser and Liquid, Mosquito Spray, Pakistan Flags, Phenyle Liquid, Plastic Dori, Plastic Pedal Bins (15Ltr and 30Ltr), Remote Bells, Scissors, Soaps, Surf detergent, Surface Cleaner, Tea Cup Sets, Tissue Rolls and Packs, Toilet Cleaner, Towels, Water Jugs, Wire Locks, various electrical breakers and bulbs, cables, screws, nails, door locks, plumbing fittings, paints, welding rods, brushes, kerosene oil, and many other related items. Each item is specified with quantity, quality standards, and brand or equivalent requirements. The technical scope requires all goods to be brand new, conforming to the specifications and standards mentioned, with certificates of origin and compliance. Delivery is to be made at NAB Complex Lahore within 10 days of contract award. Eligibility criteria include NTN and GST registration, 3% earnest money amounting to Rs. 150,000/- in the name of Addl Director (Admn) NAB Lahore, non-blacklisting certificate, active taxpayer status as per FBR website, technical compliance certificates, and submission of samples for quoted items. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, October 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at NAB Complex Lahore before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
