Tender for Purchase of Photocopier Machine Installation, Commissioning, Configuration and Test Operation

Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites sealed bids for the purchase of a Photocopier Machine including installation, commissioning, configuration, and test operation. The procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with bids to be submitted electronically through the KPPR A EPAD System and physically as well. Items being procured: - Photocopier Machine - Installation - Commissioning - Configuration - Test Operation Bidding documents with terms and conditions can be downloaded from the official websites www.bku.edu.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk, as well as the EPAD System. The bid security must be 2% of the total bid value in the form of CDR favoring the Treasurer of Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Bids must be submitted electronically through the KPPR A EPAD System, along with one hard copy of the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes submitted to the Treasurer's office before the bid submission deadline. The original 2% CDR must be enclosed with the Financial Proposal and an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the attachment of the original CDR must be enclosed with the Technical Proposal. A scanned copy of the Bid Security shall also be uploaded on the KPPR A EPAD system. The Procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with the KPPR A Act and applicable rules. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all submission requirements and deadlines. The bid submission deadline is on 6th October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. For successful participation, bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals and ensure timely submission through the EPAD portal and physical delivery as specified.
