Purchase of Printer & Toners (China)

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers, and proprietors having GST & NTN numbers and their own offices with telephone numbers on F.O.R. Lahore basis for the purchase of Printer & Toners (China). Items being procured: - Printer & Toners (China) as per attached list with quantities mentioned therein. The terms and conditions and detailed specifications can be obtained after providing documentary evidence to the fact as stated above (Para No.1) along with a written request addressed to the Pr. Administrator on payment of Rs.1000/- (Non-refundable) through Deposit-at-Call/Pay Order in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.10068, Lahore. Bidders must deposit 5% Earnest Money of the quoted value in the shape of Deposit at Call in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, which will be refunded on completion of satisfactory supplies or guarantee (if any) if S.O. is awarded. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be released as soon as the case is finalized. Tenders not accompanied with earnest money will be rejected. The validity of rates must be 90 days. The tender will be opened on 24-Oct-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Envelopes should be clearly super-scribed with the Tender Notice No. with due date for identification separately. The supplier is requested to bring I.D. Card with him for collection of tender documents. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without assigning reasons. Communication will be made to suppliers whose bids are rejected but justification is not required. Bidders should ensure timely submission before the deadline and provide all required documents including earnest money to avoid rejection.
