Purchase of 4 Project Equipment for School of Chemical & Materials Engineering

The School of Chemical & Materials Engineering (SCME) at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, invites bids for the purchase of 4 project equipment items. Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Items are to be delivered to SCME till Lab SCME at the supplier's own expense and risk. Items being procured: - 4 Project Equipment Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be downloaded from the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS only; manual or courier submissions will not be accepted. A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 3,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of SCME-NUST Islamabad is required before the opening date. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36-b. Bids will be opened on 7th October 2026 at 1130 hrs, with submission deadline at 1100 hrs the same day. In case of a public holiday on the opening date, the next working day will be considered. Interested firms must have valid Income & Sales Tax registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List. Technical support for EPADS registration is available through PPRA's technical team. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration and bid submission on the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification due to late or manual submissions.
