Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required as bid security via 1Link Bill by creating PSID from the green procurement portal. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value is also required upon acceptance of tenders.
E-Bids will be opened on 12.10.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The validity of E-Bids will be until the closure of the financial year on 30.06.2027. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other documents must accompany the technical bids. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the PPRA rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Rules, including the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. In case of any difficulty in online submission, bidders may contact the PPRA Helpline 1248 before the deadline. The URL of the PPRA website is http://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of bids online and to keep all required tax and registration documents ready to avoid disqualification. Also, bidders should verify the bid security submission through the green procurement portal to comply with PPRA rules.
This procurement is a valuable opportunity for suppliers in Faisalabad and surrounding areas to engage with the Punjab Highway Patrol for the supply of essential items and services for the fiscal year 2026-27.
