Purchase/Provision of Miscellaneous Items/Services for District & Sessions Judge Multan

The District & Sessions Judge Multan invites E-Bids for the purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services based on a Framework Contract valid until 30-06-2027. This procurement is open to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors (including joint ventures if applicable) engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). The bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding on an item-wise basis for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - A03901 Stationery (Estimated Amount: 4 Million PKR, Bid Security: 120,000 PKR) - A03942 Cost of Store Items (Estimated Amount: 2 Million PKR, Bid Security: 60,000 PKR) - A03955 Computer Stationery (Estimated Amount: 2 Million PKR, Bid Security: 60,000 PKR) - A03970 Others (Estimated Amount: 2 Million PKR, Bid Security: 60,000 PKR) The procurement will be conducted electronically via the E-PADS portal under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit a single package containing both Technical and Financial bids online. Original bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of the District & Sessions Judge, Multan before the E-Bid submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance of tenders. The E-Bids will be opened on Tuesday, 28-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The submission deadline is 28-10-2026 till 11:00 AM, and the opening will follow at 11:30 AM. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and EPADS portal. Income and sales tax registration certificates must accompany the technical bids. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. In case of difficulties with online submission, hard copies of sealed bids (Technical + Financial) may be submitted at the office before the deadline.
