Purchase/Provision of Miscellaneous Items and Services under Framework Contract by PHP Multan Region

Pakistan Post Headquarters Multan Region invites E-Bids for purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services based on a Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is open to firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding on an item-wise basis. Items being procured: - Stationery (A03901) with an estimated cost of Rs. 3.5 Million - Computer Stationery (A03955) Rs. 2 Million - Printing Charges (A03902) Rs. 3 Million - Others (A03970-001) Rs. 4 Million - POL Charges (Lubricants) (A03807) Rs. 15 Million - Transport Repair (A13001) Rs. 15 Million - Machinery & Equipment Repair (A13101) Rs. 2 Million - Furniture and Fixtures Repair (A13201) Rs. 1 Million - Other Buildings Repair (A13303) Rs. 10 Million - Cost of Medicine (A03970-049) Rs. 2 Million - Road Safety (A03970-050) Rs. 1 Million The total estimated cost is Rs. 58.5 Million with a bid security amounting to Rs. 1.170 Million. The scope covers procurement of various office supplies, repair services for transport, machinery, furniture, and building maintenance, as well as POL charges and road safety items. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities, submission of earnest money (bid security) equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost via ILINK or online banking before the deadline, and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Firms must provide 3 years bank statements and a 1-year audit report by a certified chartered accountant. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the EP.PUNJAB e-procurement portal. The E-Bids will be opened on Saturday, 10-10-2026 at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The submission deadline is 10-10-2026 till 11:00 AM.
