Tender Description

The District Police Officer Bhakkar is procuring and repairing various miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to support the operational needs of the police department in Bhakkar, Punjab. Items being procured: - Lubricant (9 Million PKR) - Stationary (4 Million PKR) - Printing Charges (2 Million PKR) - Cost of Other Store (1 Million PKR) - Computer Stationery (3 Million PKR) - Others Items (10 Million PKR) - Bed & Boxes (1 Million PKR) - Tent & Tarpauls (2 Million PKR) - Plant & Machinery (5 Million PKR) - Purchase of Furniture (5 Million PKR) The scope includes supply and repair of these items through e-procurement. The contract will be awarded based on the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended up to date). Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security of the estimated cost is required via CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement system by 30th July 2026 before 12:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the District Police Officer Bhakkar. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bidders are advised to provide their best and final prices as no negotiations will be entertained.
