Tender Description
National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the supply of the following item for the Financial Year 2026-2027 in Islamabad.
Items being procured:
- RFSOC based Signal Processing Board
Bidders must submit a complete set of bidding documents containing detailed Terms and Conditions and specifications obtained from the office of the undersigned upon written request on firm's letterhead along with payment of non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2500 between 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs on working days. The invitation for bids is also available on www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 1% of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit.
The purchaser requests bidders to submit their best and final prices as no negotiations on prices will be entertained. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in part or whole as per PPRA 2004 regulations.
The submission deadline is 03-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day at the National Electronics Complex office in Islamabad. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
