Tender Description
The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites tenders for the purchase of various essential items for the financial year 2026-27 from GST holders, firms, vendors, and suppliers. The procurement includes a diverse range of items necessary for operational and administrative functions.

Bidders must be registered with PPRA on the E-PADS 2.0 portal and submit their bids online through EPADS. The tender submission deadline is **07 September 2026** at 11:30 AM, with bids opening on the same day in the presence of firm representatives. A refundable bid bond of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order is required for each category, payable to the Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh. All bidders must be registered with FBR and maintain an active tax profile. Payments will be made through AGPR cheque after official procedures.
The government reserves the right to deduct taxes as per law and to reject any application as per PPRA Rules-2004. Firms must submit a registration certificate of FBR for GST & NTN and a certificate confirming no litigation against the firm/company. Earnest money of successful bidders will be retained as performance guarantee throughout FY2026-27.
