Tender Description

The National Archives of Pakistan (NAP), located in Islamabad Capital Territory, is procuring a comprehensive range of stationary, hardware, and other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement includes items such as ball point pens, lead pencils, offset papers, various toners for printers and photocopiers, acid free tissue papers, archival storage boxes, air fresheners, brooms, gardening tools, fire extinguishers, electric wires, chemicals like calcium hydroxide and acetone, binding cloth, circuit breakers, crockery, electric tools kits, hand wash soaps, towels, and Cat-6 cables. Additionally, the purchase includes enterprise document management and imaging software along with bar code printers. The technical scope covers supply of goods to the Block-N, Pak-Secretariat in Islamabad with delivery expected within 5 days. Samples are required for certain items such as acid free tissue papers, archival boxes, and toners to ensure quality compliance.
