Purchase of Stationary, General Items, PVC Label, Resin Ribbon, Toners and Printing Items under Three Years Framework Agreement

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms registered with relevant authorities for the supply of stationary, PVC labels, resin ribbons, toners, and printing items under a three-year framework agreement. Items being procured: - Stationary - General Items - PVC Label - Resin Ribbon - Toners - Printing Items This procurement covers a comprehensive range of office consumables and printing materials required by IBCC for its operations in Islamabad. The framework agreement will span three years, ensuring continuous supply and support. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with all regulatory requirements. A bid security of **PKR 1,000,000** in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft is mandatory. The procurement method is Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b).
