Bidders must be registered with FBR and have valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. Earnest money of 2% of the bid value is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Bids will be received and opened online through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bids must be submitted online on or before Wednesday 30.09.2026 at 1100 Hours. The bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Chief Scientist, Soil Fertility Research Institute, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore from 16.09.2026 to 23.08.2026 between 0900 to 1700 hours. Bid validity period is 90 days.
