Purchase of Stationery, Computer Stationery and Miscellaneous Items for Ministry of National Food Security and Research

The Ministry of National Food Security and Research (M/o NFS&R) invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from well reputed firms, general order suppliers, original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and stationers registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and active on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders must have their own offices or shops stocked in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and must sign framework agreements with the Ministry subsequent to the bidding process. The procurement is for an annual running contract for the Financial Year 2026-27, starting from the date of contract award up to 30-06-2026, extendable until the next tender finalization as deemed appropriate by the Ministry. Items being procured: - Purchase of Stationery items - Purchase of Computer Stationery i.e. Toners for Printers, Photocopiers and Fax Machines - Purchase of Other / Miscellaneous items The scope includes supply of the above items on an as and when required basis. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS 2.0 only; no manual bids will be accepted. Bid security/earnest money not exceeding 5% amounting to Rs. 300,000 must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit in favor of SO (GA), Ministry of NFS&R. The bid documents must be uploaded through EPADS 2.0 (scanned copy) and the hard copy physically submitted in Room No. 412, 4th Floor, B Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The closing date and time for submission is **October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the Office of Section Officer (GA), Room No. 412, 4th Floor, Ministry of NFS&R, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Eligibility requires registration with Income & Sales Tax Departments, ATL status, and earnest money submission. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure as per Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Quoting abnormal rates may lead to disqualification. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
