The supplier must maintain a physical office/store/warehouse in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and provide samples of each quoted item for approval. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, have NTN and GST registration, and submit bid security of Rs. 75,000 for Lot-A (Stationery) and Rs. 50,000 for Lot-B (Computer Stationery) in the form of demand draft or pay order.
