Purchase of Stationery Items and Other Store Items

Islamabad Model College for Boys, located in Islamabad, is inviting bids for the procurement of stationery items and other store items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is aimed at suppliers who can provide quality stationery and related store items as per the college's requirements. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Other store items The procurement includes supply and repair work of items/spare parts as per the attached list of rates. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the items at their own cost to the college campus without any additional charges such as octroi or transport. All repair work and purchases must strictly follow the specifications and samples provided by the college. The rates quoted must remain valid until 30.06.2027, with no escalation allowed during the financial year. Earnest money in the form of a pay order amounting to Rs. 20,000/- must be submitted along with the tender. The call deposit will be retained as security until the completion of the contract or refunded within 15 days if unsuccessful.
