Tender Description

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) located at Block-III PDA Complex Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar invites bids for the purchase of Stationery Items for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement follows the Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are required to submit their bids exclusively through the e-PADS portal. Bids submitted without e-PADS will be rejected. Items being procured: - Stationery Items as per detailed description/specification for FY 2026-27 Authorized agents, distributors, manufacturers, or general order suppliers may submit their bids through e-PADS until the deadline of 29.09.2026 by 1100 hrs. The bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the office of the Additional Director Administration NAB (KP) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Firms must have valid income tax and sales tax registration with FBR and be listed on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR. Failure to comply may lead to bid cancellation. The bid must be accompanied by bid security/earnest money amounting to 3% of the total bid value in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Draft (refundable) drawn in favor of the Additional Director (A&F) before or at the time of tender opening. Tender documents are available free of cost from the General Section of NAB (KP) during working hours or can be downloaded from e-PADS, PPRA, or NAB websites. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for supplying the stationery items throughout the financial year 2026-27 as per the approved specifications. Any changes in rates or quality after approval will not be accepted. Bidders must clearly mention brand names and rates including all applicable taxes for each item. Provision of samples for quoted items is mandatory and failure to provide samples may lead to bid cancellation. The NAB (KP) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is registered on the ATL and submit your bid well before the deadline on e-PADS to avoid last-minute technical issues and disqualification.
