Tender Description
The Ministry of Industries & Production Islamabad invites suppliers for the annual procurement of stationery items. This corrigendum updates the closing date for submission to the 30th of July, 2026 at 09:30 AM, extending the previous deadline of 25th July 2026. The tender opening will also be held on the same day at 09:30 AM in the presence of the firms representatives.
Items being procured:
- Stationery items (specific list not provided in the notice).
This procurement is focused on supplying quality stationery materials to support the Ministry’s administrative functions. Although the detailed list of stationery items is not included in this corrigendum, bidders should refer to the original tender notice for the mandatory documents and item specifications. The procurement process requires submission of a Technical Bid along with the Financial Bid, and bidders must ensure compliance with all mandatory requirements including Earnest Money or CDR as specified.
Eligibility criteria typically include valid FBR registration and active ATL status. Experience in supplying government departments with stationery items will be advantageous. The submission deadline is now firmly set for 30th July 2026 at 09:30 AM, and bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the Ministry’s office in Islamabad.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the original tender notice documents to ensure all mandatory attachments and certifications are included with the bid. Missing documents can lead to disqualification. Timely submission before the revised deadline is critical to avoid last-minute issues.
