Purchase of Stationery Items for Financial Year 2026-27 by Airports Security Force Islamabad

The Airports Security Force (ASF) Islamabad invites sealed tenders from firms and authorized dealers having proper shops and telephone facilities, duly registered with sales tax authorities along with vendor numbers/NTN Number and also having Sale/Service Center in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for the purchase of stationery items for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Various stationery items (specific list available in tender documents) Tender documents can be downloaded from the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority website www.ppra.gov.pk as well as EPADS. Interested parties can obtain the list and tender documents from the office of the undersigned till 06 September 2026 before office closing hours on payment of Rs.1000/-. Samples of all stationery items must be attached duly stamped/signed with each item, failing which the bidder will be rejected. Samples of unsuccessful bidders will be returned. A security deposit worth Rs. 203,500/- (Rupees Two Hundred Three Thousand & Five Hundred Only) on a Single Stage-Single Envelope basis is required to be deposited in favor of Chief Security Officer ASF Islamabad Airport. Security deposits will be refunded within a fortnight to unsuccessful bidders and after 30 June 2027 or successful completion of supply to successful bidders. Rates quoted must remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Sub-standard items will not be accepted and defaulters will be blacklisted as per PPRA rules. Such items will be purchased from the open market at the supplier's risk and cost. Firms must supply/deliver goods on approved rates throughout the year at ASF Admin Office IIAP, Islamabad Airport, even on short notice using their own transport. Tender documents must include firms' registration certificates, National Tax Number, Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Vendor Number, and Bank Account/IBAN Number. Only typed quotations will be accepted; use of white fluid or overwriting is prohibited. All firms are directed to quote rates on the online e-procurement portal EPADS as well as submit original bids/rates (Pay Order, Stamp Paper, Rate List, NTN Certificate, GST Certificate) in hard copy. Suppliers must furnish an affidavit on stamp paper valuing Rs.100/- stating the firm is not blacklisted and has no dispute with any government organization. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender wholly or partially with proper justification. The authority also reserves the right to cancel the contract if items are found sub-standard or short in quantity or not supplied timely. The security amount will be forfeited and the firm blacklisted. Sealed tenders must reach the Admin Office ASF Islamabad Airport on or before 07 September 2026 (up to 1000 hours). Tenders will be opened the same day at 1030 hours in the Admin Office ASF IIAP Islamabad. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all samples are properly stamped and signed as per instructions to avoid rejection. Also, timely submission of both online and hard copy bids is crucial to remain eligible.
