Purchase of Stationery Items for Financial Year 2026-2027

The National Accountability Bureau: NAB (National Accountability Bureau: NAB) invites sealed bids for the Purchase of Stationery Items for the Financial Year 2026-2027 in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders must submit their bids exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 by the deadline of Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Additional Director Administration NAB (KP) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of stationery products such as Ballpoint Click pens, Uniball pens, Binding sheets (A4 and Legal), Binding Spiral Rings, Binding Tapes (1", 2", 3"), Box Folders (Black Local and Blue Imported), Certificate/color Cards (A4 and Legal), Carbon Paper Legal, Color Paper (A4 and Legal 80gms), Correcting Fluid Pens, Draft Pads, Double Taps (1" and 2"), Envelopes (Ceiling with Cloth, Khaki, White in various sizes), Erasers, File Boards, Gum Bottles (142gm and 1000gm), Gum Sticks, Hi-lighters, Ink Pens, Pakka Covers, Paper Clips, Paper Cutters, Paper Sheets (Urdu and English line), Pencils, Photostat Papers (A4 and Legal 70gms), Plastic File Covers, Punches (Single and Double Heavy Duty), Registers (Blank No.40, No.30, Large Size, Stock), Scissors, Scotch Tapes (1" and 2"), Packing Tapes, Stapler Machines, Stick-on Pads (1" and 3"), Sticker Sheet Paper Legal, Superior Paper for Printers (A4 and Legal 80gms), and Planner 2027 (Table). The technical scope requires all items to be of best quality, conforming to specifications such as size, weight, and material quality as detailed in the bidding documents. The delivery location is PDA Commercial Complex, Block - III, Phase - V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. The delivery schedule for all items is within 7 days of contract award. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration, active taxpayer status on FBR's ATL, provision of samples for all quoted items, and submission of 3% bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of Additional Director (Admn) NAB (KP). Bidders must not be blacklisted and must comply with all terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid security original must be submitted physically at the PDA Commercial Complex office before the bid opening time.
