Purchase of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The National Accountability Bureau Regional Bureau Islamabad / Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the purchase of Stationery and Miscellaneous items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is governed by PPRA rules 2004 under single stage one envelope procedure. The department is located in Islamabad and requires reliable suppliers to fulfill the entire year’s demand. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Miscellaneous items The tender requires authorized agents, distributors, manufacturers, or suppliers to submit sealed bids as per the specifications mentioned in the stationery and miscellaneous items list. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the active taxpayer list (ATL), and clearly mention their Vendor and GST numbers. A refundable Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 25,000/- each for Stationery and Miscellaneous items must accompany the tender from any scheduled bank. The selected firms will be responsible for supplying the items to NAB Islamabad / Rawalpindi throughout the financial year 2026-27. After approval, no changes in rates or quality will be accepted. The NAB authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA rules. Bidders must clearly mention brand names and rates against each item in their financial proposals. Tender documents can be obtained free of cost from the General Section of NAB IBD / RWP during working hours or downloaded from PPRA and NAB websites. Documents should be uploaded on PPRA (EPADS) separately for Stationery and Miscellaneous items by 17.08.2026 at 10:00 hours. Hard copies of original bank drafts or pay orders must also be submitted by the same date and time. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:30 and 11:00 hours respectively in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Incomplete, conditional tenders or those without earnest money will not be considered. In case of any dispute, the GRC NAB Islamabad / Rawalpindi decision on PPRA (EPADS) will be final. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your financial proposal clearly states brand names and rates for each item to avoid disqualification. Also, timely submission of both online and hard copy documents is critical to participate successfully.
