Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) Islamabad invites bids for the Purchase of Stationery for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the office located at Plot No. 24, Mauve Area, Sector G-9/1, Islamabad Capital Territory. The technical specifications require high-quality materials such as Double A or equivalent photostate paper, fine quality gel pens (Uni Ball Vision Elite and Signo), piano ballpoint pens, superior quality led pencils, acid-free glue sticks, and other office stationery items printed with the new Customs Logo where applicable. Delivery is scheduled within 30 days to the specified address in Islamabad.
Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR (NTN and GST), SECP for companies, and NADRA citizenship verification for sole proprietorships. Only GST/NTN registered firms from Islamabad/Rawalpindi are eligible to participate. An affidavit of no blacklisting on judicial stamp paper is mandatory. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 and provide bid security in the form of a pay order.
The bid submission deadline is Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 03:30 PM, with bid opening at 04:00 PM on the same day via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
