Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (PUNJMIN) invites contractors, suppliers, firms, companies, consortiums, and individuals to participate in the e-procurement bidding process for the purchase and supply of channel and angle iron for the Padhrar Coal Project located in District Khushab. Items being procured: - Channel: Length 10 ft, Width 3 inches, Collar Size 1 1/2 inches, Thickness 4 MM, Weight per piece 14-14.320 Kgs, Total Lengths 2444 Nos., Total Weight 35000 Kgs, Estimated Cost Rs. 11,620,000 - Angle Iron: Length 10 ft, Size 1.5 x 1.5 inches, Type L, Total Lengths 1120 Nos., Weight 7000 Kg, Estimated Cost Rs. 21,490,000 The procurement is conducted under PPRA Rules-2014 through a competitive e-procurement system. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP). Each lot requires a bid security amounting to 4% of the estimated cost, to be deposited electronically. The financial proposals must be submitted online on or before 16.10.2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of publication of the bid evaluation report.
