Purchase and Supply of Hardware and Electronic Items for MUGSBRI at Gadani District Hub

The Project Director of MUGSBRI invites electronic bids (E-Bid) on a single stage - one envelope basis as per PPRA rules from reputed firms registered with PEC and valid registration for the year 2026-27. The procurement is for the purchase and supply of hardware and electronic items for the site office of MUGSBRI at Gadani District Hub. Items being procured: - Hardware items - Electronic items The bidding documents are available electronically on EPADS Version 2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.epms.ppra.gov.pk. The tender fee is Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) payable via bank challan to the Project Director MUGSBRI account at Askari Bank Limited Alamdar Road Branch Quetta. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of bid security is required. No cheque on this account shall be accepted. Eligibility criteria include registration with tax authorities, active taxpayers list (ATL) of FBR, NTN, and Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA). The firm must submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper stating no blacklisting by any government or autonomous body. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Authority PPRA (E.PADS) Rules, 2004. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the bidding process as per PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted to the Project Director MUGSBRI at the Balochistan Development Authority Head Office, Zarghoon Road Quetta Cantt. The deadline for submission is 30th September 2026 at 10:00 am.
