Purchase of Surfactant for Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN) Sites

The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the purchase of surfactant drugs for its hospital sites for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement aims to establish a rate contract for the supply of surfactant medicines including 3ml and 5ml vials (Poractant Alfa and Bovine) to be delivered within 30 working days after purchase orders. Eligible bidders must hold valid registrations with relevant tax and drug regulatory authorities and comply with all regulatory requirements. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS by December 30, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 a.m. at SICHN Karachi. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure under Rule-46(1). The contract includes strict quality assurance, delivery, and warranty conditions to ensure patient safety and compliance with the Drugs Act 1976 and DRAP regulations.
