Purchase of Vehicle Tyres and Polishing Materials

Comsats University, Islamabad (Wah Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Vehicle Tyres and Polishing Materials to be delivered at Wah Cantt, Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Bus Tyre - 900-20 (6 units) - Yaris Car Tyre - 185/60/15 (4 units) - Cultus Car Tyre - 165/65/R14 (4 units) - 7CF Dashboard Polish (100 units) - Body Polish for Vehicles (100 units) The tyres must be of Bridgestone, Yokohama, or Michelin brands only, manufactured in May 2026 or later, with preference given to the latest manufacturing date and warranty. The polishes must be freshly manufactured with a minimum shelf life of 12 months from delivery. Delivery is expected within 30 days at the Comsats University Wah Campus, G.T Road, Wah Cantt. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and comply with all legal and technical requirements. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is mandatory and must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will be conducted online on October 15, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and ensure compliance with all bidding instructions. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
