Purchase of Whole Genome Sequencing and DNA Extraction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis

The Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) located in Quetta invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, reputed firms, and general order suppliers registered with the Income and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). This procurement is for the purchase of Whole Genome Sequencing and DNA Extraction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Items being procured: - Whole genome sequencing and DNA extraction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis up to 2-4 GB clean data with QC analysis The technical scope includes sequencing with quality control analysis, genome size approximately 4.4 million bases, with agencies such as Macrogen South Korea or BGI China or equivalent. The delivery location is BUITEMS, Takatu Campus, Quetta. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 1,000 and a refundable bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess NTN and GST certificates, and have experience supplying electronic appliances to institutions. Bids must be valid for at least 30 days and include all taxes and freight charges. The delivery time is 30 days from the purchase order date.
