The supply must be delivered free on road (FOR) basis to Pakistan Mint Lahore without any additional charges including taxes and levies.

The bid security is Rs 9 million in the form of CDR, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee valid for at least 180 days from bid opening. The original bid security must be submitted before the closing time. The successful bidder will provide a performance security of 5% of the contract price within seven days of the letter of intent. Pakistan Mint reserves the right to verify aluminium consignment quality through third-party inspection agencies like SGS, QIMA, or Alfred H Knight.
Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and on the active taxpayer list (ATL). Firms must attach CNIC copies and provide stock availability certificates with the technical bid. Delivery must conform to Pakistan Mint specifications and failure to comply may result in rejection and penalties. The bid validity period is at least three working days from bid opening. The deadline for bid submission is 21 May 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM at Pakistan Mint, GT Road, Lahore.
