Tender Description
This tender invites qualified firms to supply PVMS Drugs to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located in Islamabad. The procurement focuses on pharmaceutical and medical supplies essential for naval medical services, ensuring quality and compliance with national standards.
The scope includes supplying a comprehensive range of medicines as per the PVMS/NIV lists with strict adherence to shelf life, packaging, and labeling requirements. Delivery is scheduled quarterly from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. The medicines must meet GMP certification, have valid licenses, and comply with cold chain storage where applicable. The procurement process follows a single stage two-envelope bidding system, requiring separate technical and commercial offers.
Bidders must be registered with DGDP or willing to register, possess valid NTN and GST certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money is required as per firm category, and firms must comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024). The tender emphasizes quality assurance through inspection, testing, and adherence to warranty and replacement policies.
Submission deadline is at 1030 hours on 2nd April 2026, with technical bids opening at 1100 hours the same day. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your technical offer strictly follows the Annex-A format and includes all required certificates and documents. Missing or incomplete documentation, especially regarding DGDP registration and Earnest Money, often leads to disqualification. Also, verify your firm's ATL status and attach the latest Filer Certificate to avoid payment delays.
