Supply of Quick Connect Disconnect Couplings for Petroleum Products

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the supply of Quick Connect Disconnect Couplings specifically designed for petroleum products. This procurement is aimed at suppliers capable of providing high-quality, durable equipment suitable for petroleum handling and storage at the Keamari terminal in Karachi. Items being procured: - Hose Coupler with H-Shank 3" Dia, Quantity: 400 EA - Dust Cap 3", Quantity: 200 EA - Adaptor Male 3" Dia, Quantity: 200 EA - Dust Plug for Hose Shank 3", Quantity: 200 EA All equipment must be manufactured using diecast or permanent casting procedures, with materials certified by the manufacturer. The couplings must comply with standards MIL-C-27487, A-A59326D, EN 14420, and DIN 2828. The Hose Coupler features aluminum camlock type C with brass handle and pin lock, 8 groove barb machining, and specific dimensional requirements. Dust caps and plugs must be lockable and made of aluminum with Teflon/NBR seats. Suppliers must submit relevant technical literature and manufacturer certificates verifying material and manufacturing procedures. A one-year maintenance-free warranty is required from the date of delivery to PSO central stores. Delivery must be completed within 90 days of the work order issuance. Penalties for delayed delivery apply at 0.1% per day of the undelivered quantity value, capped at 10% of the total order value.
