Rate Running Contract for Provision of Store Material and Miscellaneous Items for Transport Section Environment Wing CDA

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on Single Stage- Single Envelope basis as per PPRA Rules from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate in Category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-10 for the Year 2026-27. The procurement is for a Rate Running Contract for Provision of Store Material and Miscellaneous Items for Transport Section Environment Wing CDA in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Store Material - Miscellaneous items for Transport Section Environment Wing The contract involves supply of various store materials and miscellaneous items required for the transport section of the Environment Wing. Bidders must be registered on EPADSv2.0 and submit bids electronically through the EPADS portal. Earnest money of Rs. 733,025/- is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit as bid security. The procurement will be conducted using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted through EPADSv2.0 on or before Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidders' representatives at the office of Director Environment (East), CDA at Environment Directorate, CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above, FBR registration, and compliance with bid security requirements. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
