The SBP Banking Services Corporation, Hyderabad (SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC)) invites sealed bids for the Re-Adjustment Works of SBP BSC Hyderabad Office located at Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad, Sindh. This procurement covers comprehensive civil and electrical/mechanical works including installation, dismantling, masonry, plastering, painting, polishing, electrical wiring, and HVAC system installation and commissioning. Items being procured: - Removing existing wooden glass railing 2 feet-10 inches (258 Rft) - Providing and fixing 1.6mm thick fully glazed deluxe aluminum fixed partitions full height 8 feet-6 inches (2139 Sft) - Providing and fixing 1.6mm thick fully glazed deluxe aluminum fixed partitions up to 4 feet 6 inches (1310 Sft) - Providing and fixing 1.6mm thick fully glazed deluxe aluminum single leaf door with aluminum frame (56 Sft) - Dismantling existing brick/block masonry walls (189 Cft) - Providing laying cement concrete block masonry (317 Cft) - Applying cement-sand plaster (1338 Sft) - Painting with matt finish (4829 Sft) - Cleaning, rubbing, grinding and chemically polishing mosaic floor and skirting (9792 Sft, 969 Rft) - Supply and fixing roll up blinds (1022 Sft) - Heat control window films (993 Sft) - Dismantling mosaic tiles (124 Sft) - Core cutting and pipe fixing (2 Nos) - Slab/floor leveling and repairing (124 Sft) - Cement concrete works (41 Cft) - PCC edge fillet (47 Rft) - Waterproofing membrane application (124 Sft) - Tile fixing and granite flooring (269 Sft, 124 Sft) - UPVC door fixing (37 Sft) - Sanitary fittings including commode, wash basin, taps, soap dispensers, mirrors, tissue holders (various quantities) - GI and uPVC piping works (various lengths) - Electrical works including cable laying, circuit breakers, distribution boards, lighting fixtures, power and UPS wiring, network and telephone wiring - Supply and installation of 13 units of 4 TR floor standing conventional split ACs with copper piping and drain connections - Installation of chiller water cooling coils for AHUs - Partition dismantling and rearrangement - Wooden textured tiles and skirting The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the complete execution of the works as per specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-5 with specialization CE-10 and have relevant experience and financial capability as per eligibility criteria. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by **November 4, 2026, 03:00 PM**. Bid security of Rs. 600,000 in the form of Pay Order is required. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract duration is 360 days with detailed KPIs for phased completion of works. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price is required. Payment will be made in PKR as per actual work done and invoices submitted.
