Tender Description
The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Ltd Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure for the re-carpeting of roads in 'D' Block Model Town Lahore. This procurement is specifically for contracting firms already enlisted with the Model Town Society.

The scope involves detailed road re-carpeting works within the specified block, requiring quality materials and adherence to civil engineering standards. Interested firms can obtain detailed tender documents from the office of the Civil Engineer Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request.
Clarifications regarding the tender can also be sought from the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours. Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 01:00 PM on 22-09-2026. Bids will be opened one hour after the deadline by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend.
Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and completeness of their bids to avoid disqualification. Familiarity with the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure and prior enlistment with the Society are mandatory for participation.
