Re-Construction of Fallen Down Portions of Brick Masonary Boundary Walls at Sachal Sarmast Boys Hostel and Latif Boys Hostel, University of Sindh Jamshoro

The University of Sindh, Jamshoro invites sealed tenders prepared on Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2024 on a Percentage Rate basis from eligible contractors/firms who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. The tenders are for the re-construction of fallen down portions of brick masonry boundary walls at two hostels within the University of Sindh campus in Jamshoro. Items being procured: - Re-Construction of Fallen Down Portions of Brick Masonary Boundary Wall at Sachal Sarmast Boys Hostel - Re-Construction of Fallen Down Portion of Brick Masonary Boundary Wall including Supporting Brick Masonary Columns of Existing Boundary Wall (Backside) at Latif Boys Hostel The scope includes masonry work for boundary walls at the specified hostels. The work is to be completed within 2 months from the date of issuance. Bidders must be registered with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) and submit bids through the SPPRA EPADS portal. Earnest money at 5% of the estimated cost and a tender fee of Rs. 3000/- are required. Bidders must have relevant experience with at least one similar nature work costing 80% of the estimated cost or two works costing 50% each in the last five years. Active tax registration and non-blacklisting affidavit are mandatory. The tender submission deadline is 29-09-2026 by 10:30 AM for the first work and 11:00 AM for the second work via EPADS. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at the University Engineering Wing office in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procurement method is Single Stage One Envelope. Bidders should offer workable and feasible rates; abnormal rates will be rejected.
