Re-Construction of Fallen Down Portion of Brick Masonary Boundary Wall including Supporting Brick Masonary Columns of Existing Boundary Wall (Backside) at Latif Boys Hostel University of Sindh, Jamshoro

The University of Sindh, Jamshoro invites sealed tenders for the re-construction of the fallen down portion of brick masonry boundary wall including supporting brick masonry columns of the existing boundary wall (backside) at Latif Boys Hostel, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. This procurement is under the Single Stage Single Envelope method and bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS portal before the deadline of 29-09-2026 at 11:00 A.M. The tender fee is Rs.3,000 and the bid security is Rs.52,770 (5% of estimated cost). Items being procured: - Excavation in rock (soft rock, slate, schist or laterite) 610.0 Pcft - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing 75.0 Pcft - Pacca brick work cement and mortar foundation 410.0 Pcft - RCC work in roof slab, beams, columns, rafts, lintels 105.30 Pcft - Fabrication of mild steel reinforcement for cement concrete 4.60 Pcwt - Pacca brick work cement and mortar G/F 1040.0 Pcft - Cement plaster 3/8" thick 3250.0 Psft - Cement plaster 1/2" thick 3250.0 Psft The technical scope includes complete reconstruction works as per Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2024, with all materials and workmanship complying with the specifications. The site is located at Latif Boys Hostel, University of Sindh, Jamshoro. Bidders must have experience of at least one similar nature work costing 80% of the estimated cost or two similar works each costing 50% of the estimated cost within the last five years. Bidders must be registered and active taxpayers and not blacklisted by any procuring agency or SPPRA. The bid security must be submitted in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of the Incharge Project Director, Sindh University Engineering Wing, Jamshoro prior to bid opening. The contract completion time is 2 months. Bids will be opened on 29-09-2026 at 11:30 A.M at the office of the Project Director, Sindh University Engineering Wing, Jamshoro. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money and tender fee must accompany the bid. Abnormal rates will not be considered. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
