Reclamation of Irreparable Damaged Transformers with 50-KVA and 100-KVA Capacity

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites e-bids through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure for the reclamation of irreparable damaged transformers. The transformers have capacities of 50-KVA and 100-KVA with Nil to 100% copper and Nil to 20% shortage of core, damaged tanks/bodies, tubes, top cover, and base plate without transformers oil and some other components on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis. These transformers can be checked in FESCO Regional Stores as per WAPDA Specification No.DDS-84:2020 (Amended to date) without amendment No.5 and excluding all types of tests. The reclamation will use prime material such as new oil and new enamelled copper wire. The rates are in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties without involving foreign exchange element. Free pick from Regional Stores under FESCO and free delivery at respective consignee stores (FCS) Regional Stores FESCO Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Minawali. Items being procured: - Reclamation of 50-KVA transformers (approx. 200 units) - Reclamation of 100-KVA transformers (approx. 200 units) The technical scope includes reclamation work using prime materials at the specified regional stores. Bidders must have relevant experience and comply with FESCO and WAPDA specifications. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS portal by 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of Director (Material Management) FESCO Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad. For technical difficulties in EPADS, bidders may contact the PPRA Team at Islamabad. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the original Bid Security Instrument physically at the office before the deadline to avoid disqualification, as online submission alone is not sufficient.
