Reclamation and Replacement of 200-KVA Irreparable Damaged Distribution Transformers

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for the reclamation and replacement of damaged irreparable transformers. This procurement is specifically for 200-KVA irreparable damaged distribution transformers with less cores, nil oil, less copper, damaged tubes, defective bodies, and other components. The transformers must be replaced with new parts including complete replacement of elliptical tubes as per WAPDA/PEPCO specifications DDS84:2020 (Amended to date, except amendment No.5). Items being procured: - 200-KVA irreparable damaged distribution transformers (Qty: 200 units) The tender process follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Only registered and pre-qualified firms with a sound track record for manufacturing new transforming or reclaiming damaged irreparable transformers with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA can participate. The delivery location is Regional Store GEPCO, 132-KV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. Bidders must ensure compliance with WAPDA specifications amended to date. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee/CDR of Rs. 1,200,000 valid for 150 days issued by any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR Government of Pakistan. Conditional tenders or tenders without Bid Guarantee will not be accepted. The bid validity period is 120 days from the tender opening date. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
