Tender Description
The Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department, Government of Sindh, has reconstituted the Complaint Redressal Committee (CRC) and Procurement Committee (Capital Components) for the year 2025-26. The CRC will scrutinize complaints of aggrieved bidders related to the Planning, Development, Monitoring & Implementation Cell. The Procurement Committee will oversee bidding document preparation, technical and financial evaluation, and contract award recommendations for ADP Schemes, M&R Projects, and Non-ADP grants.
These committees are established under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended) to ensure transparent and efficient procurement and complaint handling processes. The committees include senior officials from the department and related government offices, with immediate effect from the respective notification dates in July and September 2025.
