Reconstruction of Weak Portion of Main Boundary Wall Around 132 KV Grid Station F-11 Islamabad

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Civil Division invites bids for the reconstruction of the weak portion of the main boundary wall around the 132 KV Grid Station F-11 Islamabad. Items being procured: - Dismantling brick work (78.72 cum) - Scraping or cleaning bricks dismantled from masonry (18763 Nos) - Excavation in foundation of building, bridges and other structures including bibbling dressing (101.95 cum) - Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 including placing, compacting, finishing (16.99 cum) - Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement steel for RCC (2662.98 kg) - RCC work using coarse sand except steel reinforcement (22.94 cum) - Brick work other than building including striking of joints (130.1 cum) - Cement plaster 1:4 up to 1st floor height 13mm (1117.571 sqm) - Providing and fixing razor barbed wire fencing with 460mm ring at 150mm centers on 10mm dia MS bar with angle iron posts (259.07 sqm) - Weather shield paint two coats on new cement plaster surface (1737.92 sqm) The technical scope includes dismantling and cleaning of existing brickwork, excavation for foundations, concrete and RCC works, brick masonry, plastering, installation of razor barbed wire fencing, and application of weather shield paint. All works are to be executed in accordance with the specifications and market rates provided in the bidding documents. The site is the 132 KV Grid Station F-11 in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration, tax returns for the last year, a bank statement showing a closing balance of at least 50% of the estimated cost, and at least one similar work order.
