Procurement of Recorder, Mechanical Spares for CNC Machines, Boring Accessories, and Scheduled Spares for CNC Machines

Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC), Kamra, through its Aircraft Manufacturing Factory (AMF), invites sealed quotations from registered suppliers for the supply of various mechanical and technical items required for ongoing manufacturing and maintenance operations. This procurement is open to firms registered with sales tax authorities and holding valid NTN numbers. The items are to be delivered on FOR basis at the designated PAC facility in Kamra. Items being procured: - Recorder (01 Ea) - Mechanical Spares for CNC Machines (07 L/I) - Boring Accessories for CNC Machines (13 L/I) - Scheduled Spares for CNC Machines (32 L/I) The technical scope includes the provision of high-precision mechanical spares and accessories specifically for CNC machines, as well as a recorder unit. All items must meet the technical specifications outlined by AMF, which can be obtained from the PAC website or by contacting the procurement office directly. Suppliers must ensure that all offered products are genuine, new, and conform to the required standards for aerospace manufacturing environments. Eligible bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and should submit their quotations in sealed envelopes by the deadline. Earnest Money is required as per PAC procurement rules. Quotations must be submitted to the AMF office by 16 October 2026, no later than 1130 hours, and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
