Recovery of Arrears from Defaulters Disconnected Consumers of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore is inviting bids for the recovery of arrears from defaulters who are disconnected consumers across multiple regions including Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Karak, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha, and Sialkot. This tender is specifically issued by the Recovery Department of SNGPL based in Lahore and aims to outsource the recovery work for a contract period of 36 months. The scope of work involves comprehensive recovery of outstanding gas bills from domestic, commercial, and industrial defaulters whose arrears exceed 12 months. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining offices near SNGPL regional offices, employing trained staff conversant with recovery procedures, issuing notices, and submitting weekly and monthly progress reports.
