The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through the Chief Engineer (O&M) T4 Hydel Power Station, Tarbela, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for a Refrigerant Recovery Unit for the Electrical Plant Section of Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station on a Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis. The contract performance period is 120 days. Items being procured: - Refrigerant Recovery Unit for Electrical Plant Section This procurement involves supply of specialized electrical equipment designed for refrigerant recovery at a major hydel power station site. The scope includes delivery, installation, and commissioning of the unit at the Tarbela 4th Extension Hydel Power Station. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards as per WAPDA requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid ATL status, and have relevant experience in supplying electrical plant equipment. PEC registration category is recommended for contractors involved in electrical works. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR amounting to PKR 95,000/- must be furnished in favor of the Chief Engineer (O&M), T4 Extension Hydel Power Station, WAPDA Tarbela. The original bid security must reach the office before the bid closing time. The electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 11:00 AM on 11th August 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Officer's Club, Riverview Colony, Tarbela.
