Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA) invites bids from well-reputed and eligible engineering firms for developmental works in Peshawar and Muhmand district. The procurement is for refurbishment projects aimed at improving residencies and hostel buildings with a focus on providing separate entrances for women, enhancing safety and accessibility.

- Refurbishment of Residencies/Hostel Building & Separate Entrance for Women in GTVC (B) Tank for Establishment of GTVC (W) with an estimated cost of Rs. 8.0 Million
- Refurbishment of Residencies/Hostel Building & Separate Entrance for Women in Government Polytechnic Institute GPI (B) Ekhaghund District Muhmand for Establishment of Skill Development Centre (W) with an estimated cost of Rs. 7.032 Million
The technical scope includes civil refurbishment works on existing buildings, focusing on structural improvements and the construction of separate entrances for women to ensure privacy and security. The projects are located in GTVC Tank and Government Polytechnic Institute in Muhmand district, requiring firms to have PEC category C-6 or above. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, KPRA, and hold relevant PEC registration. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each scheme.
The tender documents can be downloaded from the KP-TEVTA website and EPADS portal. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) payable at BoK, KTH Branch Peshawar. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 29th July 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Original CDRs must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Managing Director KP-TEVTA before closing time.
