Refurbishment Services for Executive Conference Room and Theatrical Hall at AIOU Islamabad

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad is procuring refurbishment services for two major projects planned during the financial year 2025/26. The works include the refurbishment of an old computer lab into an Executive Conference Room and the refurbishment of a Hall into a Theatrical Hall at the AIOU Main Campus in Islamabad. These turnkey contracts require comprehensive interior decoration and refurbishment services to upgrade the facilities to modern standards. The technical scope covers complete refurbishment including structural modifications, interior finishing, electrical and mechanical works as part of the turnkey contract. The projects are located at the AIOU Main Campus, Sector H-8, Islamabad, and demand experienced contractors with proven expertise in turnkey refurbishment projects. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under Category C-6 for the year 2025-26 and must be active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement process follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulatory guidelines. Interested contractors should submit their bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 10:30 AM PST on 2nd June 2026. The bid opening will be held the same day at 11:00 AM in the Meeting Room, New ICT Building, AIOU Main Campus.
