Refurbishment and Upgrade of CCTV Monitoring Room Infrastructure

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement at Custom House, Peshawar is procuring refurbishment, upgrade, and integration services for the CCTV Monitoring Room infrastructure. This project involves modernization of existing systems and associated passive networking works to enhance security and monitoring capabilities within the department's premises in Peshawar. The technical scope includes supply and installation of Wi-Fi hardware, fiber optic cabling, media converters, CAT6 cables, racks, patch panels, power cables, and professional installation services. Additionally, the project covers the setup of a P1.5mm indoor SMD LED video wall, AI-based video analytics software, and a comprehensive PA system with speakers and control room configuration. The total project cost including GST is **PKR 23,355,740**. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant electrical and communication categories, hold valid FBR NTN and GST registrations, and be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Firms must demonstrate experience in IP-based CCTV projects with a minimum contract value of PKR 20 million executed for government or semi-government entities within the last five years. Authorized dealership certificates from recognized brands for CCTV, SMD screens, and networking equipment are mandatory. The tender follows a Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure with bids to be submitted electronically via EPADS by **3rd June 2026 at 10:30 AM**.
